Yep…my area is there (Boston).
I think the median house pricing for Boston on that chart looks a bit low. Boston thinks it’s New York. And New York is ridiculous…
I guess the silver lining in this, is that’s a good time for responsible buyers to buy…buyers are in a position to negotiate for a lower price.
